With 16+ years of experience that spans global and regional leadership roles – Nikhil has worked across Asia & Europe, having successfully turned around businesses both in Developed and Developing markets by launching relevant product and communication mixes. Before J&J, he was part of the Global team on Unilever’s ‘Dirt is good’ brand advertisement campaign. The counter intuitive has helped the business grow multiple fold since its inception.
Nikhil has successfully built brands across the globe through consumer centricity, championing innovation, creating purposeful brands and using social with BIG data to build relationships. He is passionate about bringing alive a unique point of view of brands and creating brand experiences that truly elevate the role a brand plays in a consumer’s life. His passion lies in developing and deploying products and ideas that add real value to people’s live.
Swaminathan Iyer works currently as Director- Digital at Viacom International Media Networks where he heads all Digital initiatives in South East Asia. He has been a digital native for over 21 years working across markets in APAC region. He is responsible for building and launching cutting edge products across web and mobile in the region across various genres like news, finance, sports, utility, social media and communication products. He has worked in the past with companies like Yahoo, ESPN STAR Sports,Star TV, Deutsche Bank, Times Internet and programmatic start-ups like C1X. Swami is passionate about the digital consumer and has launched various marketing programs in the region for acquisition, retention and growth of users for various products in the region. Swami has forked key strategic relationships/ alliances with partners in the region across his career that have helped with both revenues and growth of audience in the region.
Rahul Kadavakolu is Director of the Global Marketing Supervisory Department at Rakuten, Inc. He joined Rakuten in 2016 to help lead and drive Rakuten’s global brand and marketing function including all sports and entertainment partnerships.
By identifying innovative concepts and best practices that can be applied across multiple markets, Rahul is responsible for strategy and execution of marketing and branding for Rakuten’s extensive global business portfolio.
Rahul has been instrumental in Rakuten signing the global sports and entertainment -led partnerships with FC Barcelona, Golden State Warriors, NBA, Spartan and Shakira’s El Dorado World Tour, to name a few.
Rahul has over 16 years of global marketing and branding experience across various industries with a focus on the IT, internet services and technology sectors. Prior to Rakuten, Rahul held leadership roles at Wipro, Ogilvy & Mather and Hakuhodo. He received a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai, India and is an avid cricket fan.
Roger Graham is the Head of Asia for Hootsuite Media Singapore and has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in business development, digital, field and product marketing. Responsible for the company’s growth in Asia, Graham is focused on expanding the business portfolio in existing and new markets, growing the team, as well as develop and deepen strategic partnerships that will contribute to the Hootsuite ecosystem.
Prior to his recent appointment as Head of Asia, Graham was Senior Director of Growth & Marketing for APAC, where he doubled revenue for the company’s digital business. During this period, he contributed significantly to Hootsuite’s expansion into new markets, including Hong Kong and the Philippines, and was also responsible for growing Hootsuite’s brand, online revenue, and demand generation for the company’s enterprise solutions in the region.
Roger is passionate about digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and often mentors startups and speaks at conferences on digital and full stack marketing. During his downtime, he can be found playing ice hockey or traveling to amazing beaches and vibrant cities.

Vera has 11 years of experience in the field of Digital and Technology.
In 2008, She started out building her own local Digital Agency and established the partnerships to regional, representative offices including Malaysia and Philippines.
Currently, she has taken a bigger challenge by leading Hakuhodo Digital in Indonesia as part of Hakuhodo Inc. (Hakuhodo Inc is a global top ten integrated marketing solutions company).
She has also been part of digital campaigns and platform development for big clients which include Fujifilm, Mitsubishi, Marlboro, Heineken, Shell, Citibank, Goodyear, and many others.
Her curiosity for new technologies, data and their impact on branding continuously inspires her work.
Mohit is a Marketing and Digital Leader with over 16 years of leadership experience across B2B and B2C segments and geographies.
Mohit is currently the Group Head, Retail Marketing & Digital- Priority Segment & Wealth Solutions at Standard Chartered Bank. Before that, he was the Director & Head Marketing at Julius Baer Private Bank. And prior to that, Vice President & Head Marketing – Asia Pacific at Northern Trust. He has also been a Senior Sales & Relationship Manager – Wealth Management at Singapore with Citibank looking after Private clients.
His strengths lie in being a strategic marketing and digital consultant to C-suites, establishing brands through rigorous strategic planning, value proposition articulation and activation of traditional & digital marketing channels to deliver brand recognition, digital transformation, sales leads and accelerated revenue growth.
Mohit is also an Advisory Board Member – APAC CMO Council, a body of regional leaders and brand decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies. He is a Google Certified Digital Marketer on subjects including SEO, SEM, Mobile-Video-Display advertising, Social Media and Analytics.
Vineet Kumar leads marketing at SAP SuccessFactors for Asia Pacific and Japan, working closely with customers and partners to position SAP as their partner to business transformation. In this role, he is responsible for building brand, thought leadership, demand generation and customer advocacy across traditional, digital and social media. Prior to joining SAP in 2012, Vineet worked on global and Indian brands like Canon, HSBC, VISA, Wipro, ShopperStop, Reliance Communications etc to develop brand, launch new products, build strategic partnerships and expand business across geographies. He is a recognised marketing thought leader and speaker at industry forums and events.
From marketing world class music acts to now, a world class food delivery company, Laura Kantor has been in the marketing dome for the past nine years and currently presides as the Head of Marketing and Sustainability for foodpanda Singapore.
foodpanda was founded by Rocket Internet, and is now part of the Delivery Hero group, the largest food delivery platform globally, spanning 40+ countries. As the Head of Marketing and Sustainability in Singapore, Laura plans to maintain foodpanda as the food delivery service of choice with effective, localised marketing campaigns that drive customer loyalty.
As the Head of Sustainability of foodpanda, Laura pioneered the cutlery opt-in function – an option within the app for customers to say no to plastic cutleries – making foodpanda the first food delivery company to do so in January 2018. Within a year, the initiative has saved 1 million sets of cutleries (and counting) across the region. In addition, foodpanda were the first food delivery company to remove shark fin from their platform, in partnership with WWF in January 2018.
Wendy Hogan is CX & Marketing Strategy Director for APAC Customer Experience at Oracle Corporation. In this role, Wendy engages with executives across Asia’s growth economies, exploring how to transform their business model, people and processes underpinned by adapting to rising customer expectations in an increasingly digital environment. This involves showcasing how connecting data, intelligence and experiences enabled by personalisation, cross-channel orchestration and advanced segmentation can reduce acquisition costs, improve customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
To do this, Wendy applies her knowledge gained from almost twenty years of management and leadership experience gained while building digital media, mobile and technology businesses in APAC. Based in Singapore since 2010, Wendy previously worked in media and advertising for the likes of CBS Interactive, ExchangeWire.com and mig.me. To keep abreast of change, Wendy actively engages in the broader industry, serving as a board member of The Marketing Society SEA, a member of the I-Com Singapore Advisory Board, and as founder of SWIMMA, an invitation-only learning network for senior women in marketing, media and advertising. Wendy also leads the conversation on marketing trends and business transformation at events across the region.
Niamh is a seasoned international marketer with deep experience in the mobile telecom and technology sectors. Niamh joined Citi as Head of Regional Customer & Digital Experience, APAC & EMEA in November 2015. Niamh’s focus was on building a customer first, mobile first culture, delivering personalized, consistent and compelling Omni-channel customer experiences across 17 markets, with a particular focus on building a new mobile experience. In December 2017 Niamh was appointed as Head of Marketing for the region, with overall responsibility for the brand and marketing activities across all channels and product lines, with a strong focus on digital marketing and driving adoption of Citi digital experiences across 17 markets, ensuring that Citi continues to build on its position as the global brand leader in Consumer Banking.
Niamh holds a BA Honours degree in Business Studies, Economics and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin, and an advanced diploma in French. Niamh is the Vice Chair and Board Director of the Irish Chamber of Commerce, Singapore, and she volunteers with the Citi YMCA Youth Group in Singapore as a mentor and coach.
In 2010, Jessie Paul, author of No Money Marketing (2009, Tata McGraw-Hill) founded Paul Writer, with the aim of raising the bar on marketing in India. Jessie consults with B2B organisations on how best to reach their target audience and initiate mutually profitable conversations. She helps design and operate omnichannel marketing campaigns that deliver results. With over 18 years in services marketing, including a stint with Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, Jessie is considered an expert in brand globalization and has been named one of the most influential business women in the Indian IT industry.
